Thank you for your email about advising me of how one of our staff had treated you. I apologize that this had caused you distress, and I will do my best to resolve the situation.
There are no excuses for this type of behaviour, and the staff has been given a warning. All staff members had been given further customer service training as when you come back you will be greeted better.
As the way of apology from the inconvenience that has caused. We will give you a $50 voucher that can be spent in any department of our store.
