Re: Update regarding the kitchen recycling

I have received your request regarding the update of our staff kitchen recycling bins.

Here are the following new updates:
- The recycling bins have been used correctly (e.g plastic in the plastic bin, etc).
- I have received mostly positive feedback from our staff about the new system.
- Some staff think that it is a waste of time but, they do follow the rules of the new.
- The food bin is not emptied often enough that it becomes smelly.
- There is some confusion over the types of plastic that are recyclable

Although the new recycling system is going well, there have been few problems with recycling types. I recommend that we should give the stuff the instructions regarding the new recycling program so there won't be any confusion.

  1. Nice work Raeven! the format, context, and purpose are very well written. One thing to keep in mind though, read the instuction carefuly and see who are supposed to get the email. I think you were supposed to send the email to your supervisor? Overall, I think it's great :)

  2. Hi Raeven! Have a look at the prompt again, and the example. I believe this one was meant to be in memo/email format. Have a look at the conventions of memo/email format. You have some included some elements of 'formal letter' format in here. The content looks great, however.
