The Willow bank Wildlife Reserve
In my 11ESOL class we went to the willow bank wildlife reserve to study an endangered bird called the Kea.
During the first period we had a normal class and then during the 2nd period of school we then had Esol were we all gathered up and then we went off to WillowBank Wildlife Reserve.
Firstly we waited in the entrance and walked around the wildlife reserve and we seen some beautiful New Zealand birds.
Then when the tour person arrived we then went to the Kea enclosure and she talked about how the Kea habitat, breeding, appearance, size, facts, and features.
After that we went to the native house because it was raining and she answered our questions.
Later on we then finished up and we had free time so some of us went around the wildlife reserve another time and some of us just stayed inside the entrance.
In the entrance some of us talked and eat food together we also did our paper sheet that Ms Briggs gave us.
During that time in the wildlife reserve I had a wonderful fun day with everyone.
